Tax Evasion Charges: Ronaldo Tells Madrid President He Wants to QUIT Club

According to sensational reports just reaching us, Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has informed Real Madrid president Florentino Perez he wants to leave Spain after being hit with tax evasion charges.

The forward has been alledgedly defrauding the Spanish tax office of 14.7million euros (£12.9m) over image rights payments – allegations he strenuously denies.

Portuguese publications, A Bola revealed this on Friday, stating that the  32-year-old is  ‘outraged’ by the treatment he has received and is now planning to leave the country and in consequence, the club.
