French giant, Paris Saint German (PSG) have launched their 2017/2018 Home Kit designed by Nike.
The word Paris is integrated into the back of the collar and celebrates the City of Light.
The shoulders have been woven with a mix of red and blue and the sleeves feature Aeroswift technology, creating a subtle geometric pattern that improves the jerseys flexibility and shape when the player is in movement.
The club’s pride is highlighted motto Ici C’est Paris written on the inside of the back of the jersey.
“The launch of the new Home jersey is always an important moment for a club,” explained Paris Saint-Germain striker Edinson Cavani. “The jersey is very important for the players and supporters because it showcases our identity, especially at the Parc des Princes, the historic home of Paris Saint-Germain.
I can’t wait to wear this new jersey on the playing field, to keep writing Rouge et Bleu history and continue to fulfilling the club’s big ambitions next season.”
A detailed look at the new jersey reveals a red and white band that starts on the inside of the sleeve and runs down the side of the jersey.
This band expands when the player is in movement to optimise ventilation. The new kit also features blue socks, created with Nike Grip technology and features the word Paris in white on the front and a distinctive red line down the back.
The new kit will be available for purchase on 24 May in Nike and Paris Saint-Germain stores in Paris, on nike.com, and in all your regular outlets on 25 May.
