This might be the final end to the career of former Captain of Nigeria’s Super Eagles Vincent Enyeama after he gave a quick response to the Coach of the team Gernot Rohr that he refused to take nor return his calls when he tried reaching him on phone.
Rohr had earlier said during a meeting with Journalists that he has tried reaching Vincent Enyeama during the World Cup Qualifiers against Algeria when Carl Ikeme was injured and the Lille shot stopper refused to reply despite calling him 10 times.
“When we had crisis in our hands after Carl Ikeme’s injury, I called him (Enyeama) over 10 times and he never responded nor called back”, Rohr said.
” I am happy with how Daniel Akpeyi responded to the test when he was called up as emergency cover, but he needs to buckle up because we can’t solely depend on Ikeme”.
It didn’t take long for Enyeama to reply Gernot Rohr via twitter claiming the German tactician had lied against him.
This might bring a final end to Vincent Enyeama’s career at the National team though many football pundits are still hopefully the legendary shot stopper comes back to represent Nigeria at the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
