Arsenal football club are targeting Nigerian duo, Kelechi Nwakali and Samuel Chukwueze.
After impressing during the U17 World Cup last year, the pair are reportedly being tracked by a host of Europe’s top clubs, but Arsenal are battling rivals Manchester City, according to the Guardian.
Nwakali capped off an impressive tournament after being named the best player of the tournament. The player trained with Manchester City last season but the club were put off by the £4million price tag attached to the player by his agents.
Chukwueze also had a superb tournament in the centre of midfield, scoring three goals in seven appearances. The player tries to base his game on Dutch winger Arjen Robben, as he likes to run at players, score goals and set them up too.
The duo are looking to follow in the footsteps of fellow countryman and Manchester City striker Kelechi Iheanacho.
